I dont want to get rid of them but its really uncomfortable and kinda dangerous to walk in them.Ive tried putting tissues in the front but that causes my toes to be really sore after i take them off and it always crams into my toes and is VERY painful!

They sell small gel inserts that are sticky on one side. You adhere them to the back wall of the shoe so that the insert cushions the contact between your shoe and the back of your heel. They are very comfortable and work like a charm. (I’ve had this problem too.) You can buy them at most shoe stores or at your local pharmacy. They ones I use are made by Dr. Scholls and will be in the shoe insert section. They also sell ones that pad the ball of your foot in a heel. They make high heels more comfortable and help with these minor fit problems. Hope you don’t get a blister.
